Processing Time

All in stock orders are processed within 1 working day. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow it every step of the way.

Shipping Cost

Domestic shipping is free with all shoe orders. For everything else, your shipping rate is calculated based on your location and the items in your order — you'll always see the exact cost at checkout before you pay, with no surprises.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. As a general guide:

• Metro areas: 1- 3 business days
• Regional/remote areas: 3 - 5 Business Days
• International: 8- 12 Business Days

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we'll email you tracking details so you can follow your parcel right up to delivery.

Delayed, Lost, or Missing Parcels

If your order is taking longer than expected or your tracking hasn't updated, email us at hello@slowtyt.com with your order number and we'll chase it up with the courier on your behalf.
